this was a fun saturday for our family.  the boys and andy helped do a service project while i took some pictures.  the boys are as grubby and scraggly as can be, but oh so at home in the forest.  my favorite thing here is that most of these are not posed, i didn't have to tell them to smile.  they are just happy and having a blast. you can see pure joy on their faces as they get soaked to the skin.  so soaked that they stripped down for the car ride home!  here are a few fun, not professional snapshots of the good times.
